While the Bruins are having great success on the diamond of late, former Bruin standout A.J. Archambo is also continuing to have success pitching at Oral Roberts University. Archambo helped the Golden Eagles pull off an upset on Tuesday in a win over Oklahoma, 4-2.

Archambo tossed 1 2/3 innings of scoreless ball in relief. During his time as a Bruin Archambo was a two-way star. However, he has transitioned to pitching full-time in his sophomore season with ORU. Archambo has made ten relief appearances on the season and has posted a 4.19 ERA in 19 innings of work. The right-hander also has registered 25 strikeouts. Archambo notched his only win of the season three scoreless innings against Arkansas-Little Rock on March 26.

ORU plays at Western Illinois this weekend.
