We are less than one week away from the start of American Legion baseball in Bartlesville, with the Doenges Ford Indian’s kicking off their season on Saturday morning.

That will be the first of four games at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium this upcoming weekend, as Ada, Ardmore and Three Rivers come to town to play one another.

Early this week, the forecast looks to be a usual one for legion ball – with temperatures in the mid to low 90s. Saturday’s high is forecasted to be 96 degrees, with Sunday topping out at 92.

There is no rain chances at this time, so the Indian’s should be able to play as scheduled.
