No. 20 Oklahoma Wesleyan is in familiar territory on the men’s side as the Eagles play a home game in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference semifinals on Saturday. Second-seeded OKWU will play three-seed Ottawa in a rematch of the 2020 title game. The Eagles won 74-68 last postseason and also beat the Braves in the 2019 KCAC semifinals.

OKWU scraped by Kansas Wesleyan in the quarterfinals with a 64-63 win despite shooting just 35% from the field. The Eagles will need a better output against the top offense in the league. OKWU head coach Donnie Bostwick talks about the opponent.

Both regular season matchups were decided by 16 points—a road loss and a home win. OKWU scored 114 points to tie a season high on January 23. Ottawa got past Sterling in the quarterfinals on Wednesday. Tipoff at 2 p.m. Radio coverage can be heard on KWON AM 1400—FM 93.3.

The Lady Eagles will play Saturday as well. OKWU plays at Tabor for a spot in the KCAC finals.
