Doggers Preparing to Open Fall Camp

The Dewey Bulldoggers are optimistic heading into the 2022 season. Fall practices are less than two weeks away after the Doggers put in quite a bit of hard work during the course of the summer. Dewey was heavily involved in workouts, 7-on-7 leagues and other conditioning programs.

The Doggers are looking to turn the program around with new head coach Ryan Richardson who took over after one year as an assistant. Dewey has plenty of experience to lean on with key returners like Braden Garrison on the line, Gabe Villanueva at linebacker and Trenton Muninger at quarterback. Richardson says consistency will be the key for the Doggers this season.

Dewey is also looking to replace quite a bit production that left from a year ago. Richardson says there is the possibility for multiple underclassmen to win starting jobs in fall camp. Dewey is slated to open practices starting on August 1.
