Dewey Names Caid As New Football Coach

The Dewey Bulldoggers have named Tyler Caid as the new head football coach, replacing Ashley Henley who stepped down to move to Lawton. 

Caid is a graduate from Choctaw High School and a 2004 graduate from Northeastern Oklahoma State University where he played defensive end.  He spent a year at UCO as a graduate assistant and served a graduate assistant at OU.  Caid was hired as a Defensive Line coach at UCO and Ouachita Baptist. 

He began his high school coaching career at Broken Arrow as a defensive line coach.  He also served as a defensive coordinator at Cowata.  He latest job is an assistant coach and defensive line coach at Sapulpa. 

This is Caid's first head coaching position.
