Copan Hoops Tries to Stay Hot
High school basketball's return from Winter Break is nearly here across Northeast Oklahoma, a few local clubs play on Friday.
One team that does not play again until Monday is Copan. The Hornets entered Winter Break as one of the hottest teams in the area. Copan has won four in a row. The Hornets take on Shilder on Monday, a team they already own a double-digit win over. Hornet head coach Kevin Foreman talks about the holiday break and how his team has fared.
After the four-game win streak, the Hornet guys stand at 6-4 on the season. They will have a busy week upcoming, with the before mentioned road game at Shidler, also a road contest at Woodland and a home game against Hominy.
