Caney Valley Tournament Begins Monday
Monday marks the start of one of the best sporting events in Northeast Oklahoma, as the Caney Valley Tournament will begin in Ramona at Caney Valley High School.
Eight teams embark on Ramona for the event, which starts on Monday and runs through Saturday.
Copan, Wesleyan Christian School, Barnsdall, Oklahoma Union and Caney Valley will be in the tournament, locally. Chelsea, Foyil and Liberty will also be a part of the event.
Oklahoma Union and Barnsdall would look to be the favorites on the guy’s side, while Caney Valley and Oklahoma Union might be set for a showdown on the ladies side.
We will have coverage of the title games on Saturday, along with boy’s play-by-play throughout the week on KRIG 104.9.
There will be two games on your radio dial on Monday. Barnsdall will take on Chelsea at 5:30 PM, while Caney Valley takes on Foyil at 8:30 PM. We will have both those games on KRIG 104.9 and online at BartlesvilleRadio.com and the Bartlesville Radio App.
