Bruins on KWON Monday Night
Bartlesville High baseball will try to keep its winning streak alive, as the Bruins are looking for their first district win and second win on Oklahoma soil Monday night.
BHS will play host to Tulsa Union for a district contest.
Bartlesville (5-7, 0-4) went a perfect 4-0 on its way to a Panama City Invitational Championship this past week in Florida during the Bruins Spring Break trip. Bartlesville snapped a seven-game losing streak in the process - and is now riding a four-game win streak.
BHS will try to translate that success to the state of Oklahoma against a Redskin team that has also had its struggles. Union is off to a 5-6 start. It is 2-2 in district play.
Monday's Bruin game also marks the first baseball broadcast of the season. You can catch all seven innings of Bartlesville vs. Union on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3. Pregame will begin about 5:50 PM with first pitch coming at 6:00 PM from Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium in downtown Bartlesville.
