Bruins Lose By One at Owasso

It was a different night but the same story for the Bartlesville High baseball team on Tuesday night.

BHS fell at Owasso 2-1. The Rams won the game in the bottom of the seventh after a wild pitch scored a runner from third base. Owasso had led the low-scoring affair one-nothing after the first inning all the way until the top of the sixth. It was 1-0 Owasso when the Bruins had a couple of base runners for AJ Archembo who came to the plate with a chance to tie it

BHS couldn’t get anymore that inning. And the next run that scored was the game winner for Owasso.

Zach Snow took the loss on mound despite giving up just one earned run in 6 1/3 innings pitched.

The Bruins fall to 4-10-1. Owasso improves to 18-0.

Bartlesville is off until Tuesday when Moore comes to Bill Doegnes Memorial Stadium for a double-header.
