Bruins at OCA All-State Games on Monday
A few former Bartlesville High student athletes will be competing at the Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State games on Monday.
Golf and swimming are the first two sports to go, and Bartlesville happens to have athletes in each sport.
Lisa Brown is an all-stater in golf. Brown finished ninth at state this past spring with a two-day score of 161. Brown shot a second-day 78 in-order to get into the top-10. She was Frontier Valley Conference champ, as well.
Meanwhile Aidan Howze, Amanda LaFrancois and Morgan Moore will all headline the girls swimming event. The Lady Bruin swim team took third at state, just on the heels of Jenks for second-place back in late-February.
The golf event starts at 8:30 AM at Cherokee Hills Golf Club in Catoosa, while the swimming event will be at Mitch Park in Edmond.
