Bruin Swimming Back on Thursday
Another winter sport dives back into action on Thursday, and that is Bartlesville High swimming.
The Lady Bruins and Bruins will host another tri-add on Thursday evening at the Phillips 66 Aquatic Center. Metro Christian and Muskogee visit Bartlesville for that event, and it is the first one in a while for the varsity swim teams.
Both BHS clubs have not had a meet since Dec. 4 at Jenks.
Both the Bruin boys and girls remain young entering 2019. Head coach Chad Englehart talks about some of the younger girl’s team members that have stood out thus far this season.
After their next meet, both BHS swim teams will prepare for the Frontier Valley Conference meet, which is on Tuesday of next week.
Regionals and postseason action for swimming comes in very early February.
