Bruin Hoops in Good Spot After Layoff

Bartlesville High is only one day away from retaking the court, as both the Lady Bruins and Bruins will be in action at Sapulpa to continue Frontier Valley Conference play on Tuesday night.

The Bruin guys have been practicing for a week following the two-week shutdown due to COVID-19 and the Bartlesville Public School’s switch to virtual learning.

Head coach Clent Stewart details how his guys have done coming out of a longer layoff.

Bartlesville boys and girls are having just their third double-header of the season. Both had two and a tournament at Bishop Kelley before getting a twin-bill at Bixby postponed just before Christmas. The Lady Bruins are 1-4, the Bruin guys are 2-3.

A 6:30 tip for the Lady Bruins with the guys to follow around 8:00 or so. We will carry both those games on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3. You can also watch on Tuesday night on KWONTV.com.
