Momentum is fickle in baseball, the BHS will try to keep it going on Thursday night.

Bartlesville High baseball is back on the road with a non-district ballgame against Ponca City. This is the rubber match of three games against the Wildcats this year for BHS.

Bartlesville won the first matchup 10-2 before spring break. The Bruins fell to Ponca City 6-3 during the Bruin Classic two weeks ago.

Thursday's game is a make up from this past Friday when weather postponed the event. BHS is coming off its first district win of the season on Tuesday, when the Bruins pounded Stillwater 11-5. Here is Bartlesville head baseball coach Spence Rigdon.

Thursday's game is  tune up for BHS before going to Claremore for a festival this weekend. The Bruins do not have another district game until April 23
