Bruin Baseball Headed to Edmond for Regionals

The Bartlesville High baseball team vaulted itself into fourth place in 6A District-4 with eight wins in its last 10 tries.

The winning streak has the Bruins headed to Deer Creek for its regional that begins on Wednesday.

Bartlesville is the no. 2 seed in the Deer Creek Regional and will take on Edmond North at 1:30 PM on Wednesday in game 2 of the regional. Game 1 sees Deer Creek take on Muskogee. 

The winners of the first two games move on to the semifinals at 4:00 PM. The losers play at 6:30 PM in an elimination game.

The second elimination game will be at 4:00 PM on Thursday. The winner of that would play in the finals at 6:30 PM also on Thursday. If the one-loss team wins the first title game, the if/then game is Friday at 4:30 PM. 

BRACKET

Edmond North is 15-16. The Huskies have lost five of their last six heading into the postseason. Bartlesville is 12-13-1.
