BHS Softball to Start Season Tuesday
Some Monday rain showers washed the opening game for Bartlesville High School softball. The Lady Bruins were slated to take on Enid in the season opener on Monday, but that game will be made as a part of a doubleheader on August 26.
So now the much-anticipated Lady Bruin softball season will begin with a road trip to Putnam City North on Tuesday. BHS has high expectations for its 2022 campaign. Head coach Kyle Minton talks about this year’s squad.
The Lady Bruins have just two seniors on this year’s roster. Minton says the team will rely heavy on some talented underclassmen. He credits the junior high program for readying younger players to make an instant impact offensively.
