BHS Soccer Faces Tough Task in Playoffs

Both the Bartlesville High soccer teams will have their toughest tasks of the season on Tuesday in the first round of the 6A Playoffs. 

The Lady Bruins and Bruins will both go to Tulsa Union for the first round. The squads ended up in the playoffs after a great start to disrict play, they both began 3-0. They wrapped up district play with thrilling wins over Bixby this past Tuesday, as well.

The Union girls are 8-2, but have won seven games in a row entering the playoffs.

The Union guys are undefeated on the year, 14-0. The Redskins will be the favorite to win the 6A State Title. Bartlesville head boys soccer coach Vladan Glavonic thinks that his guys can compete tonight.

The girls will kick off at 6:00 PM with the boys to follow around 8:00 PM.
