A former Bartlesville High Bruin once again made headlines on a big stage on Saturday.

AJ Parker notched his third career interception as a Kansas State Wildcat. In the first half against Nichols Parker made his presence felt.

Wyatt Thompson on the call.

Parker is in his second season as a full-time starter, as a junior in Manhattan. He has a new head coach this season, as Chris Kileman took over the program from Bill Snyder, who retired prior to the 2019 campaign.

The move has not affected Parker’s playing time, and it appears that he will be a mainstay on the Wildcat defenses on Saturday’s this fall.

Parker was a 2016 BHS graduate.
