AJ Archambo Wins First College Game
Congrats to former Bartlesville High Bruin AJ Archambo, who was big for Oral Roberts in a win on Tuesday night.
Archambo pitched three scoreless innings for the Golden Eagles in a 4-3 10-inning victory over Arkansas Little-Rock to pick up his first collegiate win on the mound. Archambo faced 10 batters, he gave up one hit, and he walked one and struck out four.
Archambo has been pitching more than hitting recently for ORU. He has only registered four plate appearances, but he has eight appearances on the mound. He is 1-1 with a 4.91 ERA.
He has 18 strike outs in 14.2 innings.
