2018-19 A Success for WCS Hoops
One area basketball club that has wrapped up its 2018-2019 season is Wesleyan Christian.
The Mustangs ended the year this past Thursday after a loss to Oilton in the Class A Regionals. The loss appears to be just the beginning for a talented Wesleyan roster.
WCS will return every player from this year’s lineup for next season. This year was a success in its own right, finishing at 10-16 with a new cast of characters. Head coach Kameron Nettleton wrapped up his second season as Wesleyan head coach, he talks about his thoughts on the 2019 campaign.
Nettleton went on to say that the first year in the OSSAA was a good learning experience for his team, as well.
The Mustang group got to experience two win or go home elimination games in the Class A playoffs the last two weeks.
