Bartlesville Police Department is conducting a death investigation at Jo Allen Lowe Park. The Police Department received a call shortly after 5 Tuesday morning concerning someone down on the east side of the lake. According to police Captain Jay Hastings, fire and ambulance responded and found that someone had died there. Hastings says the incident appears to be a possible suicide. The incident occurred during the night while it was raining. Investigators are on scene along with the state medical examiners office. Investigators are still working on identifying the subject and notifying relatives.
