A $100,000 bond has been set for a Dewey man who allegedly stalked a woman.  58-year old Michael Wayne LaRue is charged with a felony count of stalking.  A woman told Bartlesville police that LaRue had been following her since he got out of jail.

According to a court affidavit, the victim knew LaRue from church.  She told officers that LaRue would camp out where she lived and followed her to where she worked.  Reportedly, the suspect found out the victim lived in an apartment complex, banged on every door trying to find out where the woman lived.  The victim also told police the suspect would leave love notes.

Court records indicate that LaRue was convicted for stalking last year in Washington County.  The police also received in the past a number of stalking and harrassment complaints against LaRue.

LaRue's next court date is June 19th.
