Diane Coston
As Fiscal Year 2015 comes to an end, the Dewey City Council is working to finalize next year's budget. Three organizations were represented at Monday night's meeting: the Dewey Civic Association, the Tom Mix Museum and the Dewey Hotel, which is part of the Washington County Historical Society. City Manager Kevin Trease said that some funding comes from elsewhere.
The Dewey City Council also approved the priorities for upcoming bond projects, choosing the waste water infrastructure project on the south side of town as the number one priority. According to Trease, bond proposal funds should be available after August.
