Prosecution in the shooting of an Oologah police officer will be handled by the Kansas Attorney General's office.  Newson6 is reporting that the Kansas AG would handled any prosecution of 22-year-old Alejandro Garcia in the shooting and injuring of police officer Charles Neil.  Neil was grazed in the head by a bullet during the pursuit of Garcia and two other suspects, 20-year-old Roxanne Mendoza and 23-year-old Cesar Rios.  Police say Garcia hi-jacked a vehicle and shot the elderly male driver in the neck before he was captured.  Newson6 also reports that the Kansas AG will not handle the prosecution of Rios and Mendoza, even though they were captured in Kansas.  All three suspects are in the Montgomery County, Kansas Jail.
