The third suspect in the shooting of an Oologah police officer is now in custody.  Law enforcement from jurisdictions in both Oklahoma and Kansas took part in the man hunt, capturing 30-year-old Alejandro Garcia just after 7 A.M. Friday morning.  A police pursuit started late Thursday afternoon in Talala and headed northbound on Highway 169 into Nowata.  Once past Nowata, one of the suspects shot at Oologah officer Charles Neill, hitting him in the head and causing Neill to flip his vehicle.  A male and female suspect were captured Thursday evening. Garcia hi-jacked a vehicle, shooting the driver in the neck.  He left the vehicle near the Liberty, Kansas exit where law enforcement set up a one mile square perimeter.  Garcia was found Friday morning, reportedly hiding under a house.  Officer Neill is reported in serious but stable condition.  The condition of the driver of the hi-jacked vehicle is unknown.  Alejandro Garcia is being held at the Montgomery County Jail.
