A $150,000 bond has been set for a Dewey man who allegedly attacked a woman and his brother.  52-year old Gregory Kent Mundine is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault and batter, threaten to perform an act of violence, and assault and battery.

Dewey police were called to the Bulldogger Apartments to check out a fight.  According to a court affidavit, a woman told police that she and Mundine were arguing and became physical.  During the fight, the suspect picked up a cooking pan and struck the woman's head.  The victim also told officers that Mundine picked up a knife and threaten to kill her.  Mundine's brother got involved and was hit a few times by the suspect.  Officers saw swelling above the woman's eye, cuts on her left hand, and scratch marks on her right arm.  The police saw that Mundine's brother had swelling right eye.  Court records indicate that Mundine is a convicted felon and has other cases pending in Washington County.

Mundine's next court date is May 29th.
