The Washington County District Attorney’s Office is expected to issue summons soon in the vandalism that took place at the Whaling Construction Company at the end of March.  Washington County Under Sheriff Steve Johnson talks about what will happen next.

Johnson said that the suspects are between nine and 12-years-of-age and did about $88-thousand worth of damage. They want the kids to be treated fairly but also want to make sure the victim gets the justice they deserve. The D.A. is looking over the case and is expected to issue summons to the juveniles and their guardians.
