A May 12th preliminary hearing date has been set for two Bartlesville men who were involved in a shooting incident last March.  Thomas Myers and James Glenn Myers are charged with use of a vehicle while discharging a weapon.

Bartlesville police were called to the Travelers Motel where an altercation took place.  According to a court affidavit, witnesses told officers that shots were fired from a moving Honda Civic.  The shots were directed at several people standing outside a black SUV.  A bullet hole was reportedly found at the front window of Hastings.  The store was open at the time of the shooting.

Both suspects remain in jail on $250,000 bonds each.
