The National Weather Service will be offering a class on Monday, 9 March at 7pm to the public and all Osage County Emergency Management Personnel.

 

The class will take place at the Ag Building at the Osage County Fairgrounds.

 

A National Weather Service instructor will inform and refresh attendees on the importance of volunteer storm spotters.

 

How to use the National Weather Service website and correctly report information to local authorities and the National Weather Service.

 

How to identify different types for storm fronts, cell and cloud formations, and safely storm spot.

 

Pre-registration is not required and the class is free to attend.
