A woman accused of leaving her two young children at home with their father who was high on drugs is now in the Rogers County Jail. Police say that 37-year-old Dorothy Lamb was arrested at an Owasso restaurant on March 4th. The Roger County District Attorney's office and several law enforcement agencies have spent more than two years investigating the case. Court documents show that Lamb left two children, ages two and four, at home with their father in June of 2012. She had left home at about 6 A.M., returned home at 9:30 P.M. and found the father, Andrew Hall dead, after allegedly overdosing on methadone.

Lamb left the house and the two children behind. The children were placed in the care of other family members after her disappearance and police had been searching for her ever since. Lamb was arrested on Child Neglect charges and her bond has been set at $100-thousand.
