Oklahoma's Senator James Lankford says he needs clarification from the President on his announced immigration policy.  Lankford serves on the Immigration and Homeland Security Committees in the senate.  President Obama has announced that people who enter the country illegally won't face prosecution.  Lankford says he heard the President go on to say that he would fire Immigration and Customs Officers who arrest illegals.  The constitution calls for the President to take care that the laws are faithfully enforced.  Lankford says the situation is confusing.  Lankford goes on to say the conflict in policy could cause problems for agency employees that are called upon to enforce immigration law.  Oklahoma was one of several states that filed a law suit in which a Federal judge ruled that the President can't make immigration law by himself and that it takes an act of congress to enact law.
