Washington County Storm Spotter Training on Saturday

It's time again for the annual Storm Spotter Training in Oklahoma. The training class is put together each year by meteorologists from the National Weather Service. Warning coordinator Ed Calianese said there's is always new information to pass along.

 

Forecaster Karen Hatfield will lead the training in Bartlesville. The three-hour training class is open to the public. It takes place in the Arvest Bank Eastside Branch Community Room on Saturday, February 28th and begins at 9 A.M.

 

If Osage county is where you call home, the same training will be offered
at 7 P.M on Monday March 9th at the Osage County Fairgrounds AG Building. The Osage County training is hosted by Osage County Emergency Management. No preregistation is required and the training is open to the public.
