Texas Man Facing Fugitive Charge

A Texas man who have warrants from San Antonio for aggravated robbery, faced fugitive charges in Washington County.  Victor Eduardo Cardenas is charged with fugitive from justice.  Bartlesville police assisted U.S. Marshalls Thursday in apprehended Cardenas and Abby Marie Tisdale.  The authorities received a tip that the two suspects were in Washington County and tracked them to Mound View Trailer Park in the southern part of the county.  After contacting the fugitives, the criminals refused to give themselves up and the SWAT Team was requested.  After the SWAT Team's arrival, both suspects gave themselves up without incident.  Tisdale was sent back to Texas to face vehicle theft.  Cardenas' next court date is January 16th.  Bond was set at $100,000.  Washington County Special Judge John Gerkin denied Cardenas' request to lower his bond.
