A Ramona woman is in custody for allegedly forging a check to a furniture store.  29-year old Amanda Marie Ackerson is charged with second degree forgery, identity theft, and conspiracy.  Back in July of 2014, a manager from Bob Loftis Furniture reported to Bartlesville police that a man and a woman purchased $2,885.56 worth of furniture with a check.  According to a court affidavit, the check belonged to another person from Brookville, Kansas.  Ackerson identified herself as Angela Feenstra and just moved from Kansas.  The affidavit states that Ackerson had outstanding warrants out of Kansas for forgery and learned the check she wrote was stolen.  Court records indicate that Ackerson has felony convictions out of Woodward County in 2007 and 2010.  Ackerson's next court date is January 16th.  Bond was set at $25,000.
