A new Bartlesville City Council will be sworn in during a meeting Monday night at 7 in Council Chambers.  You are invited to a reception before the meeting in the first floor conference room of city hall.  The 6:15 reception will give you an opportunity to recognize outgoing second-ward councilman Mike McGrew for his work on the council and to welcome John J. Kane as the newewst councilman.  You can also congratulate Tom Gorman on his re-election to the council.
