Adams Waives Preliminary Hearing

A Bartlesville man facing drug violations has waived preliminary hearing and is bind over for formal arraignment.  Aaron Michael Adams is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.  Deputies from the Washington County Sheriff's Office back in October were on patrol when they conducted a traffic stop on County Road 4015.  According to a court affidavit, the deputies smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the suspect's vehicle.  The authorities searched Adams and found a bag of meth.  Officers searched inside the vehicle and found marijuana.  Adams' next court court date is December 10th.  He remains in jail on a $200,000 bond.
