The Bartlesville City Council Monday night approved 4-1 to re-zone 8.6 acres of land located at 4115 Minnesota from residential agriculture to C-5 general commercial.  The application was from Andrew Shank on behalf of 4K Spooling, Banding, Sales and Service.  The tract of land has been brought up to the Council back in November of 2013.  Many home owners were against the re-zoning, including Terri Grogan, who begged council members to vote NO on the application.  Four other citizens spoke on the controversial item.  The MAPC voted 5-2 in their July 22nd meeting to recommend to re-zone the land.
