A $150,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly was caught with illegal drugs.  47-year old Scott Allen Morris is charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license, obstructing driver's view, and failure to carry insurance.  Bartlesville police stopped a Jeep Cherokee with a cracked windshield at the intersection of Johnstone Avenue and 20th Street.  According to a court affidavit, the suspect told officers the vehicle didn't belong to him.  The police learned that Morris' license was suspended and had a $75,000 warrant for his arrest on a 2013 Washington County case.  Officers searched the vehicle and found a pack of cigarettes that contained three bags of meth.  The police searched Morris and found $5,188 in cash.  Morris' next court date is July 25th.
