The Bartlesville City Council selected a pavilion project to be used for the Community Development Block Grant Small Cities Set-Aside Program.  City officials learned back in May that the City could be eligible to apply for a $106,176, with the city matching the funds totaling $212,352.  The pavilion would be built near Johnstone Park.  Assistant City Planner Natasha Riley explained the project.  Two sidewalk projects were also recommended.  The City Council thought building a pavilion would be the best way to use the funds.
