A Thursday night traffic accident injured a Tulsa man and his passenger three miles west of Ramona. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports 18 year-old Nicholas Redding was westbound on County Road 3350 8-tenths of a mile west of County Road 3950 in Washington County.  His motorcycle failed to negotiate a curve and roan off the south side of the road for about 15 feet before hitting a barbed wire fence, throwing both Redding and his passenger, 19 year-old Lauren Hayhurst of Skiatook from the vehicle.  Redding was treated and released from Jane Phillips Medical Center with neck and leg injuries.  Hayhurst was admitted to Jane Phillips in good condition with arm injuries.  The accident report lists an unsafe speed on a curve as the cause of the mishap.
