A $10,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly had drugs.  33-year old Timothy Patrick Bright, The Second is charged with a felony count of possession of marijuana.  Bartlesville police caught up with the suspect at a store in the 100 block of SE Washington Blvd.  According to a court affidavit, Bright had several warrants out for his arrest.  Reportedly, the police saw Bright try to throw something away, but he handed the police a bag of marijuana.  Court records indicate that Bright was convicted in 2012 for possession of CDS.  Bright's next court date is June 27th.
