Osage County Accident Injures Driver
A Skiatook man was lifeflighted to Tulsa's St. Johns Hospital Sunday night with serious internal injuries. The Oklahoma Highway patrol reports a 95 Isuzu driven by 18 year-old Christopher Parker was northbound on Vine Hill Road at 11:15 when Parker swerved to avoid an animal in the roadway. His vehicle left the road to the right, and rolled twice. Parker was thrown ten feet from the vehicle. His passenger, 19 year-old Austin Crank of Skiatook refused treatment.
The report lists exceeding the speed limit as a cause of the accident.
