A Bartlesville man is in custody after he allegedly broke into an apartment.  27-year old Joshua Ray Pierce is charged with first degree burglary and trespassing after being forbidden.  Bartlesville police were called to investigate a possible burglary in the 1400 block of SW Santa Fe Avenue.  A woman told officers that Pierce was banging her front door trying to get into her apartment.  According to a court affidavit, witnesses claim they heard the suspect kicking and yelling the front door, pounding the windows, and heard Pierce forced open the front door.  Reportedly, Pierce's probation officer told the police he was living off Highway 123 in Osage County and was barred from the apartment complex.  Court records indicate that Pierce was convicted for second degree burglary in Washington County back in 2008.  Pierce's next court date is September 5th.  Bond was set at $50,000.
