Hillcrest Drive Now Open

After months of detours, the Hillcrest Drive road project is now complete.  City Manager Ed Gordon says that Hillcrest Drive is now open.  It was scheduled to be open by Thursday, but the street was officially opened Tuesday evening.  The project finished $150,000 under budget.
