The Many Faces of Love will hold their “Celebrate Your Story” event this weekend in Bartlesville. Executive Director Sandy Minardi said the event is geared toward connecting women with God through casual Small Group experiences. She said that has been the principle of The Many Faces of Love's ministry the last four years.

The Many Faces of Love encourages women to connect with one another because women are so relational and need one another. Minardi said "Celebrate Your Story" will offer a safe place for women to connect Saturday.

Minardi said the theme for The Many Faces of Love is ordinary women with extraordinary stories because all women have stories and all stories are unique. That will be covered more in Saturday's “Celebrate Your Story” event.

Minardi said women find out that they connect so well when they start to tell their story. She said this is the case because other women may have a similar event that happened to them in the past under different circumstances. That in turn allows women to connect.

Those who attend the event do not have to feel pressured to speak. Minardi said they only want to encourage women to be together to pray, share and worship as they please.

The “Celebrate Your Story” event will take place from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday, March 23. The event be held in the Hopestone Cancer Support Center along Frank Phillips Boulevard.
