A Bartlesville man was arrested for the fourth time in 2019 after an alleged domestic incident early Friday morning. Gregory Rogers appeared at the Washington County Courthouse facing a felony count of domestic abuse assault and battery.

An affidavit alleges Rogers and a female victim had got into an argument about the woman’s vehicle. She claims that Rogers took her vehicle home from a bar which forced her to walk home. The woman then tried to reclaim her vehicle which provoked Rogers to become angry.

The victim claims that Rogers threw her on the ground which resulted in a scratch above her eye. She then stated that Rogers hit her with a blunt object. Officers noted the scratch when they arrived. Rogers told police, “I didn’t do nothing to nobody.”

Rogers has been arrested three previous time for differing instances since mid-January. Bond for Rogers was set at $75,000. The State of Oklahoma cited, “a continued willfulness to violate the law,” as reason for the high bond. A no contact provision with the victim is also a provision of the bond.
