Weather has impacted the Oklahoma Wesleyan schedule once again, but this it is having a positive impact. This weekend’s conference series with St. Mary has been moved to Bartlesville after anticipated weather issues in Leavenworth, Kansas.

The Eagles have won nine straight games including clean sweeps of their last two KCAC series’. Ryan Sandifer is once again having an excellent season on the mound. Sandifer has a 3-0 record with a team-best 2.78 ERA in six starts thus far. Solid pitching has been the key during this winning streak as the Eagles have held opponents under to five runs or less in each game.

OKWU will likely have Sandifer on the mound in game one of the three-game series, which is set for 1 p.m. on Saturday. The Eagles will play a second game on Saturday as well as the series finale on Sunday.
