The Bartlesville Development Authority has taken action to accept a donation of 2.5 acres of land. One Jerry Reed had contacted the City of Bartlesville originally about simply accepting the land. The City declined and passed the opportunity to the BDA. After consulting Mussleman Abstract and the Bartlesville Development Authority legal counsel, it was recommended that the BDA accept the property.

The two tracts of donated land are located at the Adams Hills Office Park and are subject to due diligence review by the BDA legal counsel. They take on the responsibility now to merely mow the property.
