The Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce is reacting to the possibility of inclement weather and has rescheduled Tuesday's Celebration of Women event.  According to chamber officials, they took the action in the interest of safety for those who plan to attend.  The celebration event will now be held on Tuesday, February 26th.
