The Bartlesville City Council will hear public comment on a proposed Tax Increment Finance District for a retirement community and on a zoning action for a proposed Casey's General Store Monday night. Once the hearing is closed the council plans to take action on the zoning action.  The council also plans to act on a TIF proposal regarding the Bison Trails Apartment Complex.

Ward five councilman, Dr. Joseph Callahan plans to resign his seat on the council as of the end of November.  It is expected that the council will accept his resignation and will establish a time table to receive applications for the post.

Monday night's Bartlesville City Council meeting will convene after what appears to be a relatively short meeting of the Bartlesville Municipal Authority at 7 o'clock.  The meeting will be held in the city council chambers of the city center building in downtown Bartlesville.
