The Nowata Ironmen wrap up their season with a rivalry game against Oklahoma Union. Nowata is still in search of its first win on the year. The Ironmen have shown signs of improvement both offensively and defensively in the second half of the season.

This week Nowata will be challenged by the option offense from Oklahoma Union, but a veteran head coach like Bob Craig has gone up against it before.

This game does have playoff implication as well. Oklahoma Union may be on the outside looking in as far as the postseason is concerned but a win against Nowata and a Caney Valley loss to Chelsea would give the Cougars an opportunity to extend their season.
